TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

§1 Store Details

    1. The owner of the online store operating at www.allicyna.com is: FCV DISTRIBUTION SP. Z O.O 78 Kozienicka St., Janów 26-900 Kozienice, NIP: 8121924150 tel. 518 901 311 e-mail: zenon@zenllp.com
      1. The store retails products in the form of nutritional supplements via the Internet.

      §2 Definitions

      In the regulations:
      • Store - Allicyna.com online store, operating at the following address www.allicyna.com,
      • Customer - natural person, legal entity or organizational unit purchasing from the Store,
      • Vendor - FCV DISTRIBUTION SP. Z O.O,
      • Order - Customer's statement of intent, aimed directly at concluding a sales contract.

      §3 Placing orders

      1. Orders can be placed through the store's website 24 hours a day.
      2. No account is required to place an order.
      3. After placing an order, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted for processing.
      4. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.

      §4 Pricing and payment

      1. All prices listed on the store are gross (include VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
      2. Each transaction is accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
      3. Available forms of payment:
      • Online payment Przelewy24 - Quick transfer, BLIK, payment card (Visa, Mastercard),
      • Traditional bank transfer,
      • Payment on delivery (cash on delivery).
      1. Online payment is the fastest and most convenient form - the customer is redirected to the payment system, where he can pay by BLIK, card or fast transfer.

      §5 Delivery

      1. Orders are carried out on the territory of Poland.
      2. Delivery costs:
      • InPost Parcel Machine - PLN 16.50,
      • Courier - PLN 17.50,
      • Courier Collection - PLN 20.00,
      1. The lead time is usually from 1 to 5 working days, counting from the date of posting of payment.
      2. In the case of personal collection, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone that the order is ready for collection.

      §6 Complaints and returns

      1. The customer has the right to file a complaint in case of physical defects in the product. The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt by the Seller.

      2. The complaint should be submitted by e-mail to: zenon@zenllp.com, stating the order number and a description of the product defect. In justified cases, the Seller may ask to send back the advertised product.

      3. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving any reason.

      4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller of his decision by sending a statement by e-mail to the address: zenon@zenllp.com.

      5. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to return the product to the Seller's address immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract.

      6. Products that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging are returned, if possible.

      7. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

      8. The seller will refund to the customer all payments received from him for the returned product within 14 days from the date of receipt of information about withdrawal from the contract. The seller may withhold reimbursement until it receives the returned product or provides proof of its return - whichever event occurs first.

      9. Refunds will be made to the bank account indicated by the customer.

      10. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products delivered in sealed packaging, which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

      §7. personal data protection

      1. The administrator of the Customers' personal data is FCV DISTRIBUTION SP. Z O.O.
      2. Personal data is processed only for the purpose of processing orders, issuing sales documents and contacting the customer.
      3. Detailed rules for data processing can be found in Privacy Policy Store.

      §8 Final provisions

      1. Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
      2. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, which shall take effect upon their publication on the store's website.
      3. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Law on Consumer Rights shall apply.
