§1 General provisions

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data of customers and users of the online store Allicin.com, operating at www.allicyna.com.
2. The administrator of the personal data is:

3. The Administrator shall make every effort to ensure that personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws - in particular, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. (so-called. RODO).

§2 Scope and purpose of data processing

1. Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of:

• The execution of orders placed in the online store,
• issuance of sales documents (receipt, invoice),
• Contact with the customer on the implementation of the order,
• Conducting correspondence related to customer service,
• handling returns, complaints and claims,
• sending commercial information (newsletter - only after consent).

2. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to place and process the order.
3. The administrator does not make automated decisions or profile user data.

§3 Legal basis for data processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

• Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA - necessary for the performance of the contract (fulfillment of the order),
• Article 6(1)(c) RODO - legal obligation (e.g., bookkeeping),
• Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO - consent of the data subject (e.g. newsletter sign-up),
• Article 6(1)(f) RODO - legitimate interest of the administrator (e.g. defense against claims).

§4 Types of data processed

The Administrator may process the following Customer data:

• name,
• delivery address and email address,
• phone number,
• Invoice data (company name, tax ID, address),
• payment data (to the extent provided by the payment operator).

§5 Transfer of data to other entities

1. Customers' personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator for the purpose of order processing, including:

• courier companies,
• online payment operator,
• The accounting office serving the store.

2. All partners process data on the basis of the respective entrustment agreements and only to the extent necessary to perform their services.
3. Personal data is not transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area).

§6 Data retention period

1. Personal data is processed for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and legal obligations, including:

• data related to purchases - for a period of 5 years from the end of the fiscal year (in accordance with accounting regulations),
• data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. newsletter) - until it is revoked.

2. After the above periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

§7 Rights of data subjects

Any person whose data is processed has the right to:

• access to their data,
• data rectification,
• Deletion of data („right to be forgotten”),
• processing restrictions,
• transfer of data to another controller,
• to object to the processing,
• revoke consent at any time (if given).

§8 Data security

1. The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data, in particular:

• encrypted connection (SSL),
• server and database security,
• Restricted access to data only for authorized persons.

2. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

1. The store's website uses cookies to:
