The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt by the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The complaint should be submitted by e-mail to: <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"364\">zenon@zenllp.com<\/a>, stating the order number and a description of the product defect. In justified cases, the Seller may ask to send back the advertised product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller of his decision by sending a statement by e-mail to the address: <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"876\">zenon@zenllp.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">In case of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to return the product to the Seller's address immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Products that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging are returned, if possible.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The seller will refund to the customer all payments received from him for the returned product within 14 days from the date of receipt of information about withdrawal from the contract.
